Position: Director of Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the sales team to achieve revenue targets for both Novotel and ibis brands
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to capture market share in the YIA Kulon Progo area
  • Maintain relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, and government stakeholders
  • Oversee contract negotiations and monitor market trends to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with the Revenue and Marketing teams to optimize pricing and brand visibility

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in the same position
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Team spirit and service minded
  • Proven track record in driving sales revenue in a branded hotel environment
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality Management
  • Proficiency in English is required
