Position: Director of Sales
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the sales team to achieve revenue targets for both Novotel and ibis brands
- Create and execute strategic sales plans to capture market share in the YIA Kulon Progo area
- Maintain relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, and government stakeholders
- Oversee contract negotiations and monitor market trends to drive business growth
- Collaborate with the Revenue and Marketing teams to optimize pricing and brand visibility
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Team spirit and service minded
- Proven track record in driving sales revenue in a branded hotel environment
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality Management
- Proficiency in English is required
