Position: Asst. Banquet Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing banquet events and functions.
- Supervise banquet staff and ensure service standards are met.
- Coordinate with sales and culinary teams for seamless event operations.
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance.
- Handle guest requests and ensure event success.
Qualifications:
- Experience in banquet operations within a large hotel or convention center.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Leadership ability to motivate a large team.
- Good communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Able to work under pressure during high-volume events.
- Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Proactive and solution-oriented.
