Position: Rooms Division Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, and related departments.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest service and room cleanliness.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
- Manage departmental budgets and control expenses.
- Mentor and develop department heads and staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
- Extensive experience in Rooms Division management in luxury hotels.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial acumen.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Fluent in English; other languages are advantageous.
- Guest-centric mindset with a passion for excellence.
- Proven track record of driving guest satisfaction scores.
