Position: Reservation Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily reservation operations and team
- Ensure all bookings are processed accurately and timely
- Monitor room availability and handle group inquiries
- Conduct staff training on reservation systems and sales
- Support the Revenue Manager with reporting tasks
Qualifications:
- Experience as Senior Reservation Agent or Supervisor
- Strong operational knowledge of CRS and PMS
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Detail oriented with accurate data management
- Good analytical skills for room inventory management
- Fluent in English for corporate and group interaction
- Hospitality degree or vocational background
