Position: Reservation Agent
Responsibilities:
- Handle guest inquiries and process bookings
- Ensure all reservation details are entered correctly
- Respond to reservation emails and calls promptly
- Cross sell and upsell hotel services during booking
- Maintain the reservation database and guest profiles
Qualifications:
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Clean and professional grooming standards
- Good computer skills and familiar with reservation systems
- Detail oriented and accurate in data entry
- Self motivated and proactive approach to work
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Hospitality vocational background is preferred
