Position: Executive Chef
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all culinary operations to ensure high quality food production and guest satisfaction
- Develop creative and innovative menus that align with Novotel’s brand identity
- Oversee kitchen budgets, food costs, and inventory management effectively
- Train and mentor the kitchen brigade to maintain high performance and service excellence
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position in International Brand
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
- Sparkling personality, positive attitude, and good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with service oriented with eyes for details
- Strong leadership, organizational, and budget management skills
- Deep knowledge of diverse cuisines and artistic food presentation
- Knowledge of HACCP and international food safety standards
