Responsibilities:

  • Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dishwashing areas
  • Clean and handle kitchen equipment, chinaware, and glassware responsibly
  • Ensure waste disposal procedures follow hotel health and safety protocols
  • Support the kitchen team by maintaining an organized inventory of utensils
  • Perform regular cleaning of floors, walls, and storage areas in the kitchen

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Highly motivated and energetic person, good team player
  • Applicants residing in Bojonegoro are strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Reliable, hard working, and have a positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced kitchen environment
