Position: CDP Main Kitchen
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the main kitchen section
- Lead and train junior cooks to ensure food quality consistency
- Manage food preparation and plating for restaurant service
- Monitor inventory and maintain workstation hygiene standards
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef on menu improvements and specials
Qualifications:
- Relevant culinary experience in a similar position
- Strong culinary skills across diverse cuisines
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a high pressure environment
- Basic English communication skills
