Responsibilities:
- Design and implement initiatives to foster a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture

Qualifications:
- Min. 1 Year experience at similar position in 4 star Hotel
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Management, HR, or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skill
- Understanding and contributing to the organization’s strategic goals
- Ability to organize and manage departmental operations
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with team
