Position: Human Resources Manager (25198944)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, payroll, and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Marriott’s HR policies
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive culture
  • Coordinate staff training and development programs
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to management

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
  • In depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong commitment to employee growth and wellbeing
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
