Position: Human Resources Manager (25198944)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, payroll, and benefits
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Marriott’s HR policies
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive culture
- Coordinate staff training and development programs
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- In depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong commitment to employee growth and wellbeing
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
