Position: Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of human resources operations including recruitment and payroll
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Conduct performance appraisals and coordinate staff development programs
  • Handle employee relations and provide strategic HR advice to management

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager in the hospitality industry
  • In depth knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
  • Strong commitment to people development and welfare
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
