Position: Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of human resources operations including recruitment and payroll
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
- Conduct performance appraisals and coordinate staff development programs
- Handle employee relations and provide strategic HR advice to management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager in the hospitality industry
- In depth knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
- Strong commitment to people development and welfare
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
