Position: HR Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily HR operations including recruitment, payroll, and benefits
  • Lead and train the HR team on company policies and local labor laws
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
  • Conduct performance appraisals and coordinate staff training programs
  • Manage employee relations and provide guidance to department heads

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Supervisor in the hospitality industry
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
  • Strong commitment to employee growth and welfare
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
