Position: Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage hotel HR operations, including recruitment, talent development, and employee relations
  • Ensure property wide compliance with Indonesian labor laws and Marriott HR policies
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to implement talent management and engagement strategies
  • Coordinate staff training programs and foster a positive, high performing team culture
  • Manage HR administration, including payroll, benefits, and performance management cycles

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership within the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for senior level engagement
  • Fluent in English for international reporting and corporate coordination
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on talent development and employee retention
  • Detail oriented approach to HR administration and data management
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field is preferred
