Position: Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage hotel HR operations, including recruitment, talent development, and employee relations
- Ensure property wide compliance with Indonesian labor laws and Marriott HR policies
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement talent management and engagement strategies
- Coordinate staff training programs and foster a positive, high performing team culture
- Manage HR administration, including payroll, benefits, and performance management cycles
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for senior level engagement
- Fluent in English for international reporting and corporate coordination
- Strategic mindset with a focus on talent development and employee retention
- Detail oriented approach to HR administration and data management
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field is preferred
