Position: Concierge – Daily Worker
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with luggage transport and storage upon arrival and departure
- Provide information about hotel facilities and local area attractions
- Deliver guest parcels and messages promptly and professionally
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bell desk and entrance
- Follow established concierge standards and service protocols
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Strong team spirit and service-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional presence
- Fluency in English is an advantage for diverse guest interaction
- Physical fitness to handle heavy luggage and standing for long shifts
- Knowledge of the Bandung area is highly regarded
