Position: Assistant Learning & Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver comprehensive training programs and onboarding sessions for new associates.
  • Manage multiple training schedules and development projects simultaneously with high accuracy.
  • Support the L&D Manager in identifying skills gaps and implementing adult learning principles.
  • Facilitate engaging workshops to improve associate performance and service quality.
  • Prepare detailed reports on training effectiveness and associate progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools.
  • Passionate about people development and continuous improvement.
