Position: Front Office Agent
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival at the hotel with refined professionalism
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately using the property management system
- Handle guest inquiries and provide detailed information about hotel facilities and local attractions
- Manage guest accounts, process payments, and ensure billing accuracy
- Coordinate with the housekeeping department to ensure room readiness for arriving guests
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Prior experience in a front office role within a luxury hotel environment
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Fluency in English is essential, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS)
