Position: Front Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and coordinate all activities of the front office department to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage the pre-opening setup of front desk, concierge, and guest service operations.
  • Develop and implement front office standards and procedures for guest arrival and departure.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to implement service improvements.
  • Prepare departmental budgets and forecast room revenue in coordination with sales.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Manager in a 5-star or luxury resort.
  • Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills to build and inspire a new front office team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for guest relations.
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to revenue and service goals.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
