Position: Assistant Director of Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the sales operations during the pre-opening phase to build a strong pipeline.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a dynamic sales team.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities with high-level clients.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on market analysis and business development.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality Management preferred.
