Position: Guest Experience Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead the guest relations team to ensure a personalized and seamless experience for every guest.
- Develop and implement unique guest activities and experiences aligned with the “Escape” concept.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with a high degree of professionalism and empathy.
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement improvements based on data.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure guest preferences are anticipated and exceeded.
Qualifications:
- Able to join immediately.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar management role in luxury resorts.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Passion for delivering authentic and memorable guest service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
