Position: Assistant Guest Service Center Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma III in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related subject
- Proven experience in guest services, telephone operations, or front office management within a hotel
- Able to assist in managing the Guest Service Centre and telephone operator team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanour
- Able to handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests efficiently
- Familiar with hotel systems, telephone systems, and standard operating procedures
- Strong leadership potential to mentor junior associates
