Position: Marketing & Communication Manager
Responsibilities:
- Direct all marketing and communication efforts to enhance brand visibility
- Develop and manage the hotel’s digital marketing strategy including social media and SEO
- Oversee public relations activities and maintain positive media relationships
- Coordinate the production of all promotional materials and brand collateral
- Monitor brand consistency across all platforms and guest touchpoints
Qualifications:
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in marketing management within the hospitality industry
- Strong creative writing skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns and social media platforms
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams
- Detail oriented with a strong eye for design and brand aesthetics
- Analytical skills to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
