Position: Housekeeping Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness standards
- Manage housekeeping staff schedules and performance evaluations
- Inventory management of cleaning supplies and linens
- Coordinate with maintenance for repairs and upkeep of facilities
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience at the Manager level in Housekeeping
- Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Experience in budget management for the department
- Profesional, bertanggung jawab, berintegritas
- Maximum 45 years of age
- High School/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree
