Position: Restaurant Banquet Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Oversee banquet and restaurant service operations during events
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of service staff
- Ensure guests receive high quality service and address any concerns
- Manage event setups and breakdowns according to guest requirements
- Train staff on service protocols and menu knowledge
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in F&B Service
- Strong leadership and guest service skills
- Experience in handling large banquet events and restaurant operations
- Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
