Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Supervise room attendants and public area attendants in their daily tasks
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and room amenities for the section
- Train new staff on housekeeping procedures and standards
- Assist in scheduling and performance monitoring of the team
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Housekeeping Supervisor
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Professional, responsible, and integrity driven
- Maximum 45 years of age
- Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Loyal to the company
