Position: Therapist / Beautician (Senior)
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced massage, facial, and beauty treatments to brand standards
- Mentor and train junior therapists in treatment techniques
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and equipment care
- Provide personalized skin care and wellness consultations
- Ensure the guest journey within the treatment room is seamless
Qualifications:
- Certified therapist with at least 5 years of luxury spa experience
- Expertise in multiple modalities (massage, body, beauty)
- Strong knowledge of luxury skincare products and brands
- Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
- Professional demeanor with a focus on holistic wellbeing
- Ability to train others and lead a treatment team
- Fluent in English
