Position: Restaurant Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising daily service shifts
- Train and motivate service staff to ensure high-quality delivery
- Manage guest table assignments and flow during peak periods
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues on the floor
- Assist in inventory management and ordering for the restaurant
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a luxury restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
- Leadership potential with the ability to lead by example
- Excellent guest relation skills and professional attitude
- Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant software
- Fluent in English and Indonesian
- Capable of working effectively under pressure
