Position: Houseman
Responsibilities:
- Deliver linen and supplies to room attendants across the floors
- Assist in cleaning public areas and back-of-house spaces
- Handle heavy cleaning tasks and floor maintenance as requested
- Retrieve dirty linen and transport it to the laundry area
- Support the housekeeping team in daily operational tasks
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a houseman in a reputable hotel
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items
- Hard-working and reliable personality
- Good communication skills in Indonesian; basic English is a plus
- Team player with a helpful and proactive attitude
- Detail-oriented in maintaining public area cleanliness
- Willingness to work flexible hours
