Position: Commis Chef
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and assist in food production tasks
- Learn and apply culinary techniques under the guidance of senior chefs
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of work stations
- Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients
- Support the kitchen team in meeting service deadlines
Qualifications:
- Entry-level culinary experience or culinary school graduate
- Passion for cooking and a strong desire to develop skills
- Reliable and hard-working with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Physical stamina for active kitchen shifts
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to learn and take direction professionally
