Qualifications:

• Indonesian citizenship
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same role
• Background in 5-star hotels or luxury brands preferred
• Strong customer service skills and good phone etiquette
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations
• Sales and revenue driven with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal
• Preferably domiciled in Bali
