Position: F&B Banquet Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar banquet or events supervisory capacity
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills with the ability to supervise junior staff and casual labour
- Excellent communication and customer contact skills with service orientation and attention to detail
- Ability to ensure event setups match Banquet Event Orders and to maintain service standards during operations
- Organised, proactive, and able to work well in busy, high-pressure situations
