Position: F&B Bar Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in bar supervision or similar F&B supervisor roles
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills with ability to motivate bar staff
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and strong customer service skills
• Experience managing daily bar operations, stock control, ordering, and ensuring presentation to premium standards
• Service oriented with an eye for detail and ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
