Position: Guest Relation Manager
Qualifications:
- Indonesian citizen only
- Minimum 2 years experience in guest relations or similar roles at luxury properties
- Strong command of English and excellent interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented, with the ability to handle guest feedback and ensure satisfaction
- Organised, proactive and able to coordinate with operations for seamless guest experiences
