Position: Guest Relation Manager

Qualifications:

  • Indonesian citizen only
  • Minimum 2 years experience in guest relations or similar roles at luxury properties
  • Strong command of English and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Service-oriented, with the ability to handle guest feedback and ensure satisfaction
  • Organised, proactive and able to coordinate with operations for seamless guest experiences
