Position: Guest Relation Officer
Qualifications:
- Experience in guest relations or customer service within hotels
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create positive guest interactions
- Good problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional, friendly and attentive to guest needs
- Willingness to assist with guest enquiries, special requests and local information
