• Experience in bell, porter or driver roles within hotels or guest services
• Professional, courteous attitude with good guest interaction skills
• Valid driving licence if role includes driving responsibilities and knowledge of local routes
• Reliability, punctuality and ability to assist guests with luggage and transfers
• Commitment to safety, guest privacy and operational guidelines
