Position: Farming Manager

Qualifications:

• Indonesian Citizen.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in organic or regenerative agriculture and livestock management.
• Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Animal Science, Permaculture, or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of soil health, composting, crop rotation, pest control, and irrigation systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills; experience managing farm workers or volunteers.
• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors in various conditions.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
