Position: FO Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Front Office supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide the front desk team.
- Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent guest service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
