Position: Chinese Chef – Banquet
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in the culinary field; OR a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts or a related major with 2 years of experience.
- Specialized expertise in authentic Chinese cuisine, particularly for large-scale banquet operations.
- Proven ability to lead a kitchen team in a high-pressure, five-star hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of food cost control, menu planning, and food safety standards.
- Creative and dedicated to producing high-quality dishes for memorable events.
