Position: Market Director of Revenue Management
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in hotel revenue management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful revenue strategies for multiple properties (market/cluster level).
- Expert proficiency with revenue management systems, distribution channels, and data analysis.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality, Finance, or a related field.
