Position: Guest Experience Expert (GSA Mandarin Speaker)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar Front Office role.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential for this position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest service.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to handle guest inquiries effectively.
  • Familiarity with hotel operating systems is an advantage.
