Position: Guest Experience Expert (Loyalty Officer)
Qualifications:
- Experience in guest relations, loyalty programs, or a similar guest-facing role.
- In-depth knowledge of the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to guest recognition and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
