Position: Guest Experience Expert (Loyalty Officer)

Qualifications:

  • Experience in guest relations, loyalty programs, or a similar guest-facing role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to guest recognition and satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
