Position: Director of Engineering

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as a Director of Engineering or Chief Engineer in a large-scale resort.
  • Strong technical knowledge of all hotel engineering systems (MEP, HVAC, etc.).
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing a large engineering team and projects.
  • Expertise in preventative maintenance, energy conservation, and budget management.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance.
