Position: Barista (Gading Serpong)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to high standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
- Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and offering menu recommendations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista.
- Well-groomed with good communication skills.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Passionate about coffee with strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.
- Ability to operate and maintain espresso machines and other coffee equipment.
- Experience with POS systems is a plus.
