Position: Barista (Gading Serpong)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to high standards.
• Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
• Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and offering menu recommendations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
• Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista.
• Well-groomed with good communication skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Passionate about coffee with strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.
• Ability to operate and maintain espresso machines and other coffee equipment.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.
