Position: Greeter (Gading Serpong)
Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests upon their arrival.
- Manage the waiting list and provide accurate wait times to guests.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized entrance and host station.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Greeter or Host/Hostess.
- Well-groomed with a friendly and welcoming personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to manage reservations and seating arrangements.
- Can maintain a calm demeanor during busy periods.
