Position: Spa Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the spa, including reception, therapists, and facilities.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional and personalized spa experiences for all guests.
- Train and mentor spa staff on treatment protocols, product knowledge, and service standards.
- Manage appointment scheduling, staff rosters, and guest billing.
- Assist in managing inventory of spa products and supplies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a luxury spa environment.
- In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness therapies, and retail products.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and guest service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor.
- Certification in Spa Management or a related field is an advantage.
- Fluent in English.
