Position: Spa Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily operations of the spa, including reception, therapists, and facilities.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional and personalized spa experiences for all guests.
  • Train and mentor spa staff on treatment protocols, product knowledge, and service standards.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, staff rosters, and guest billing.
  • Assist in managing inventory of spa products and supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a luxury spa environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness therapies, and retail products.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and guest service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Certification in Spa Management or a related field is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English.
