Position: Hygiene Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor food safety and hygiene programs (HACCP) across all F&B outlets.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of all kitchens, storage areas, and service points to ensure compliance.
• Train all food handling staff on proper hygiene practices, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Act as the primary contact for local health authorities and manage all related documentation.
• Investigate any food safety incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Public Health, or a related field.
• Certified in HACCP and other relevant food safety programs.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Hygiene Manager or similar role in a 5-star hotel.
• In-depth knowledge of local food safety regulations and international standards.
• Strong leadership and training skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the culinary and service teams.
