Position: Baker

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a wide variety of breads, rolls, croissants, and other baked goods for the hotel’s outlets.
• Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
• Operate and maintain baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and proofers.
• Manage inventory of baking supplies and assist with ordering.
• Ensure the bakery station is kept clean, sanitary, and organized at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Baker, preferably within a hotel or large-scale bakery operation.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and dough handling.
• A passion for creating high-quality baked products.
• Ability to work early morning shifts and manage time effectively.

*Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.

• Ability to work well within a team.
• Formal baking or culinary certification is a plus.
