Position: Baker
Responsibilities:
- Prepare a wide variety of breads, rolls, croissants, and other baked goods for the hotel’s outlets.
- Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and proofers.
- Manage inventory of baking supplies and assist with ordering.
- Ensure the bakery station is kept clean, sanitary, and organized at all times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Baker, preferably within a hotel or large-scale bakery operation.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and dough handling.
- A passion for creating high-quality baked products.
- Ability to work early morning shifts and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Formal baking or culinary certification is a plus.
*Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
