Position: Assistant Lyon Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of Lyon, our French brasserie.
• Lead the service team to deliver an elegant and seamless fine-dining experience.
• Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and handle any guest feedback with grace.
• Support staff training on menu knowledge, wine pairings, and service standards.
• Assist with inventory management and operational reporting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a fine dining or French restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of French cuisine, wine, and upscale service etiquette.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Fluent in English.
