Position: Food and Beverage Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an F&B leadership role, preferably in a 4 or 5-star international hotel.
- Strong operational and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, P&L, and food/beverage costs.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse F&B service team.
- Expertise in managing multiple outlets (restaurant, bar, in-room dining).
- Passion for service excellence and guest satisfaction.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B trends, menu engineering, and quality standards.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
