Position: Operational Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct all day-to-day hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Guest Services.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure service excellence.
  • Manage departmental budgets, control operational costs, and drive financial performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the operational team to achieve departmental goals and maintain high morale.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly resolving issues and proactively enhancing the guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Front Office, with experience at Supervisor or Assistant Manager level or higher.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a boutique resort or villa.
  • Strong operational knowledge with a solid Front Office background.
  • Skilled in leadership, communication, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Proficient in hotel systems such as VHP, Opera, or similar.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Professional, proactive, guest-oriented, and possessing a genuine passion for hospitality.
