Position: Supervisor All Day Dining Cinnamon

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the service team during shifts at our Cinnamon all-day dining restaurant.
• Ensure the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction are maintained.
• Train and coach waiters and waitresses to enhance their performance.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor in an all-day dining restaurant of a 5-star hotel.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and guest relations abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English.
